We’re not sure why some of Montana’s best steakhouses are located in the middle of nowhere, but we’re not complaining–they’re always worth the trip. Marysville House is no exception. We’d go as far as to proclaim it one of the best steakhouses on Earth.
This building dates back to the late 1800s. It was once the "Silver City" Great Northern Railroad Station, back when Silver City was a bustling mining town. When the train stopped running, this building stayed vacant until 1975, when it was purchased by a longtime resident of Marysville.
These days, it's a popular steakhouse. Arriving on horseback is appreciated but not required.
