The exterior is pleasant, but unassuming. You'd never guess that the ambiance inside is elegant.

Bibber is a classically trained chef, and both he and Jennie love seafood. Although they've lived in Montana for decades, they're both from New England originally, so having a menu full of fresh seafood options was important.

Ahi Tuna isn't something you'd expect to find fresh in Montana, but Olive B's is excellent.

The pasta is Montana-made, and the shrimp, scallops and mussels are the perfect addition to the dish.
