Chef Michael Shaw opened the eatery in June of 2013 with his wife, Catherine, and son, Eric.
The dining area is cozy, casual, and welcoming.

You can dine here from Tuesday - Saturday from 5 p.m. until 9 p.n. (10 on the weekends).
The meat on the menu is entirely local, and it's absolutely delicious.

The beef comes straight from Montana ranches and is processed by Bear Paw Meats.
If you're starving, head straight to the Bone Yard portion of the menu and order the Tomahawk.

While on meaty Tomahawk can feed 2 - 3 people, Chef Michael Shaw says some Montanans will finish the whole thing solo.

Of course, Beef N Bone has other (smaller) cuts of meat, seafood, and tasty prime rib on the weekends -- so you're under no obligation to try to polish off an entire 48 oz. steak.

However, if you love red meat and you have a hefty appetite, you may want to try the Tomahawk at least once.
