Although Schimpff's is located right across the river in Jeffersonville, it is truly a gem in the Kentuckiana area. They make the most delicious candies, and as you can see from the photo above, they have a very large variety to choose from. They even have a candy museum here, where you can watch them make candy the old fashioned way and learn about the history of the craft. Schimpff's opened way back in 1891, so they have quite a bit of candy-making experience.
