have heard of, and we’re simply here to jog your memory. Go on an adventure this weekend – we’ll inspire you to head to these hidden gems in Nashville.
10. Two Rivers Park
Located on the outskirts of the city, this is an awesome spot to go jogging or stretch your legs in the autumn. The views are great, and the bridge makes for a perfect Instagram shot.
9. McCabe Park
This Sylvan Park gem is tucked behind the neighborhood, boasting a solid trail and wonderful golf course. Plus, the community center offers all sorts of classes!
8. Fort Negley
This historic spot lies smack dab in the middle of an industrial area, but the trails and gorgeous greenery should be enough to get you strapping on those sneakers.
7. War Memorial Plaza
The open expanse makes for a great festival foundation and backdrop for a mid-day lunch or picnic while out and about during the work week.
6. Nashville Public Library
This library is positively gorgeous. A stunning open expanse with huge windows, and a courtyard perfect for a bit of a read.
5. Love Circle
The local lover's lane is well-known for the stunning view on the perfect, high perched hill above the city. Once you find it, you're golden.
4. Tennessee State Prison
Although there aren't any tours, the prison is a gorgeous addition to The Nations neighborhood in West Nashville. We're hoping, very soon, that they open it as a park.
3. Mammoth Cave National Park
Is this in Nashville? No. Will it give you a solid Saturday adventure? Um, YES. Located about ninety minutes from the city, Mammoth is a perfect getaway for those of you who are looking for a natural escape.
2. Shelby Bottoms Greenway
You have most likely visited Shelby Park for a Little League game, but have you ever made your way to the greenway? Yeah, it's as great as it sounds. Plus, views of the river!

Located in Brentwood, Radnor is a bit of heaven away from the crazy. You're looking at a twenty minute drive out of the city, and an infinite amount of peace and quiet.
