Taking nearly a year to renovate, Red Hat on the River originally opened in 2003 and was on Irvington's Main Street.
Built in the early 1900s, the interior is made up of beautiful brick walls and has a two-story dining space.
Serving French-American modern bistro dishes, Red Hat on the River makes the effort to support the local farmers markets and to uses sustainably raised products.
While the menu changes with each season, longtime favorites like their steak frites remain on the menu all year long.
