This Hike In Colorado Will Make You Feel Like A Hero

Today we are doing a complete 180° and bringing you one of the most difficult, yet most rewarding waterfall hikes in the state. If you are a beginning hiker (like myself), start practicing so you can work your way up to this gorgeous hike. If you are an expert, slip on your hiking boots and get ready to conquer Rocky Mountain National Park’s Timberline Falls.

Located 8 miles off of Highway 36 on Bear Lake Road, Timberline Falls is a grueling 8.1-mile hike that features steep and rocky slopes and a lung-busting elevation gain of a whopping 1,510 feet… Why go to all of this trouble when you can just drive up to one of those easy-to-find waterfalls?
