You’ll Love This Rooftop Restaurant In Wyoming That’s Beyond Gorgeous

Editor's note: we have been informed as of May 2020 that Lift is no longer open.

If you look for restaurants that have patio dining, you'll love the Lift in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Not only is the wraparound deck furnished with tables, but the owners have made the most of their property by extending their seating area onto the roof.

The food is fabulous but the best part about eating at the Lift in the summer is the gorgeous view. Located right at the bottom of Snow King Mountain, you'll get a side of unrivaled scenery with your meal.

Lift Jackson Hole, 645 South Cache Street, Jackson, Wyoming

With this restaurant's convenient location, skiers often ski right up to it in the winter. It's within walking distance of the main square in Jackson, though, so it's no less convenient in the summer or for those who don't ski.

The flat and spacious roof was an obvious choice for expanding the dining area.

Diners seated on the roof at the Lift get to enjoy the beautiful view of the mountain at Snow King.

Plus, it's prime seating during Jackson Hole Live - you don't have to fight the crowds, you can hear the music perfectly, and have a great meal at the same time.

Jackson Hole Live is a summer concert series that takes place across the street from the restaurant at Snow King Ball Park. Different regional bands play throughout the season and sometimes national bands take the stage.

The food at the Lift is terrific, and you definitely get your money's worth. Most of it is traditional bar fare, but the nachos are gigantic!

The burgers are generous and satisfying, too.

Bring your appetite or a few friends if you're going to order the Wyoming Poutine.

Even the salads are big.

Plus, this is Wyoming so, naturally, trout is on the menu, too.

Try to save room for dessert, if you can.

If you don't happen to be hungry, you can drink in the stunning surroundings along with a beverage.

The Lift has a bar and serves wine, too, along with non-alcoholic drinks.

And of course they have a number of beers on tap.

When the weather is good, the roof at the Lift Jackson Hole is the place to be.
