Tubing is a fun activity that’s great for the entire family because it’s ideal for all ages. Flying down the hill brings back all kinds of childhood memories spent playing in the snow. The thrill of the run stems from the steepness of the hill and that exhilarating feeling of not being completely in control. At Grand Targhee Tubing Park you can enjoy a thrilling adventure down the western slope of the Tetons. The area receives more than 500" of powder annually making it a tuber's paradise. This tubing park has no lanes and is not as crowded as some of the others in the state, so you spend more time on the slope than waiting your turn in lines. All riders must be 42" in height and there is a maximum occupancy of 30 tubes. The Papoose conveyor lift returns you back to the top of the hill time after time for hours of fun runs. The park is closed Mondays and Tuesdays except during the holidays. Grand Targhee Tubing Park is located at 3300 E. Skihill Road in Alta.


King Tubes is a tubing hill that's at the base of Snow King Mountain. It's made up of three groomed lanes and a tow rope to pull you and your tube up the hill. Riders must be at least 42" tall and only one rider per tube is allowed. King Tubes is open seven days a week and is located at 402 E. Snow King Avenue in Jackson. The King Tubes office is located in the parking lot across from the Lift Restaurant on Cache Street.

Take a run on an inflated inner tube on a groomed trail 1,000 feet above the town of Jackson and enjoy the most spectacular views of the Teton Mountain Range during your descent. Here you can enjoy a thrilling ride with breathtaking scenery. Spring Creek Ranch is located at 1600 N. East Butte Road in Jackson.

Snow tubing among the Sierra Madres is another great option. Fly down Thrill Hill at Three Forks Ranch for a tantalizing fling in the snow. Three Forks Ranch is located in Savery, Wyoming and straddles the Wyoming/Colorado border.
