This Restored Farmhouse In Wisconsin Is Now A Restaurant And It’s Such A Unique Place To Dine
Small-town Wisconsin is home to some great dining spots – and Farmstead is one of them. You won’t forget a visit to this remote location that’s housed in a 150-year-old fieldstone farmhouse. Even better, the fare is as memorable as the surroundings. Take a look:
Located in Cedarburg, Farmstead has been serving up great food with a side of fun for more than 20 years.
The restaurant’s exterior appearance is just the beginning, though. Step inside, and you’ll find a rustic interior, complete with an antique farm motif and warm lighting.
Over the years, the longtime local favorite has garnered a reputation for garlic glazed steaks, which are grilled to perfection behind the bar in the diners’ view.
Farmstead is a popular spot, so you'll likely need to wait for a table. The eatery doesn’t take reservations, so it’s best to arrive as early as you can.
Farmstead is open for lunch and dinner Tuesday – Saturday. For more information, call (262) 375-2655. You can also visit the Farmstead website or Facebook page.
Address: W62N238 Washington Avenue, Cedarburg, WI, 53012
