The prime rib is slow cooked, starting at 10 pm the night before it'll be served. It spends hours in the oven and then is held in its own juices to develop flavor and let the tissue break down so you get that fabulous, melt-in-your-mouth prime rib experience.
Even the smallest cut is a dauntingly large piece of meat that barely fits on the plate. It's a fabulous, juicy, mouth-watering meal that will make your stomach growl in anticipation.
