This Rustic Steakhouse In Wisconsin Is A Carnivore’s Dream Come True
As the land of supper clubs and cows, we don’t have to go too far to find a really great steak here in Wisconsin. Everyone seems to have a favorite spot and really, none of them are wrong – Wisconsin really is a carnivore’s dream all on its own.
But tucked away a bit off the main drag in Cedarburg, north of Milwaukee, is a small little spot in a 150-year-old fieldstone farm house that is just bursting with rustic charm and some really, really, really delicious steaks. They don’t take reservations and the space is small, especially in winter when they can’t take advantage of their outdoor space, but I promise the garlic-glazed steaks here are absolutely worth any wait.

I know just what you wanted to see another food picture on Instagram. However these were the best tenderloin steak sandwiches I have ever had. The sandwich @ourcozybungalow had was topped with a mound of garlic butter and mine had cheddar. So good I had to go over and thank the chef after lunch.
The Farmstead is located at W62 N238 Washington Ave, Cedarburg, WI 53012.
