The business is called Tony's Butcher Block, and while it does have some of the most delicious fresh (raw) meats in these parts, it also has a deli and a wood-fired brick oven.
Okay, maybe you can't get those steaks you just bought cooked while you wait, but the deli in this butcher shop can prepare a flavorful Steak Gorgonzola. Yum!
The beef at Tony's comes from top farms in Virginia and Pennsylvania, the poultry is Amish raised with no hormones, antibiotics, or growth stimulants, and the seafood ships in twice per week from Virginia and Baltimore. If you want the best fresh meat, poultry, and seafood around, this is the place to find it!

Tony’s Butcher Shop is located at 2880 Valley Rd., Berkeley Springs, WV 25411. It’s open Sunday and Monday from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Tuesday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (From January through March it closes at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.)
