This Butcher Block Restaurant In West Virginia Is Much More Than Meats The Eye

The business is called Tony's Butcher Block, and while it does have some of the most delicious fresh (raw) meats in these parts, it also has a deli and a wood-fired brick oven.

Okay, maybe you can't get those steaks you just bought cooked while you wait, but the deli in this butcher shop can prepare a flavorful Steak Gorgonzola. Yum!

The beef at Tony's comes from top farms in Virginia and Pennsylvania, the poultry is Amish raised with no hormones, antibiotics, or growth stimulants, and the seafood ships in twice per week from Virginia and Baltimore.
