Although British in origin, the pub has become popular across America. It is almost never just a bar, though, and often serves typical "pub" food as well. And you wont find find better food than the selections offered at The Peddler.
The Peddler Brewpub & Arcade in downtown Huntington is a pub that serves craft beer from its in-house microbrewery.
They also serve great food. The owners of The Peddler, Drew and Megan Hetzer, also own Backyard Pizza next door, a very popular destination downtown.
The restaurant has a wide selection of burgers which you can enjoy with their signature Duckfat Fries, and the burgers are all made in house with organic, hormone-free beef that. They also have soup, sandwiches and salads.
If you want something other than meat between bread, you can try their small plates, which include chicken wings, nachos and hot pretzels - or their large plates, which include roasted chicken and smoked ribeye.
The pub also has a pool table and a full arcade in the upper level. No matter what your meal plans are, this pub has everything you could want when it comes to food or beer, plus a little bit of fun to boot.
The Peddler is located at 835 Third Avenue in Huntington.
