This Classic West Virginia Restaurant Recently Got An Amazing Makeover

We've talked about Smokey's On The Gorge before, and their fabulous atmosphere and views over the New River Gorge. Fans of the restaurant may be excited to know that Smokey's has recently gotten a makeover and a new menu! The restaurant is now known as Smokey's Steakhouse.

Smokey's Steakhouse is right on the edge of the New River Gorge, with stunning scenery to enjoy while you eat.

The outdoor tables are nestled among the trees, making you feel like part of nature.

The view over the Gorge is one of the most impressive in the state.

Smokey's recently renovated their design, and ditched the buffet-style dining in favor of a steakhouse theme.

The new menu now features a variety of steaks made to order.

You'll also find other fresh and creative dishes on the menu, like this tuna tartare.

Smokey's still has plenty of indulgent desserts!

It's the perfect spot for a relaxing dinner after a day of adventure around the Gorge.
