The meat at Hickory House is all specially-seasoned, then slow-roasted over hickory wood for 12 hours.

The result? Tender, flavorful BBQ unlike any other! The beef brisket platter is a hearty meal that includes slices of fresh brisket, baked beans, fresh slaw, and cinnamon apples.
