We Found The Most Underrated Waterfront Restaurant In Washington And You’ll Want To Visit

Water's Table in Renton offers award-winning Asian fusion cuisine with stunning views of Lake Washington.

Washington is home to some pretty famous waterfront dining spots, and they're fantastic. Unfortunately, that often means they're crowded with lengthy wait times. Luckily, our state is also packed with waterside hidden gems, some of which happen to have food as amazing as the views. Water's Table is such a place, offering Asian fusion cuisine on the shores of Lake Washington.

Water's Table is the signature restaurant of the Hyatt Regency in Renton.

It's currently the only full-service waterfront restaurant and bar on the southern end of the lake.

Needless to say, the views are breathtaking, especially on a sunny day.

No wonder the space has won numerous awards, like Best Outdoor Dining, Best Cocktail, and Best Romantic Dinner (by 425 Magazine).

The menu at Water's Table changes seasonally due to using locally sourced ingredients.

The menu was actually inspired by a nine-month backpacking trip the chef took around Asia, so you can expect unique and creative cuisine.

Of course, being a Pacific Northwest eatery, the menu always consists of plenty of seafood, like these fresh oysters from Taylor Shellfish Farms...

...but you'll find plenty of other options on the menu as well.

In addition to the seasonal selections, you can expect to be offered delicious daily specials.

Water's Table is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Breakfast hours are 6:30 a.m. until 10 a.m., lunch is served from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., dinner hours are 5:30 to 10 p.m. (10:30 on weekends).

The lounge is open daily, offering a happy hour from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m.

The lounge menu has plenty of small plates and tasty bar food as well as some tempting craft cocktails.

If you arrive by car, you'll receive two hours of free parking onsite.

However, if you're able, you're also welcome to come by boat.
