The Remnants Of These Abandoned Ships In Washington Are Hauntingly Beautiful

Nearly every state has a ghost town or two. But did you know that Washington has a “boat graveyard?” The Wooden Ship Breakwater in Everett consists of a group of old wooden ships sunk to create a breakwater at the mouth of the Snohomish River.

During these uncertain times, please keep safety in mind and consider adding destinations to your bucket list to visit at a later date.

Obviously, this structure is incredibly unique. This drone footage by Tony Campbell offers an up-close-and-personal look at the wreckage.

This video by YouTube user Rigel2112 shows you the beauty of the area surrounding the ships as well.

Did you know this magic existed here in Washington? Our state is full of hidden gems.
