Enjoy A Truly Pacific Northwest Experience At The Puffy Jacket Pop-Up In Washington

The Puffy Jacket Pop-Up Series offers year-round outdoor dining at various Columbia Hospitality restaurants in Washington.

Many of us never thought we'd see the day when year-round outdoor dining would come to Washington. But not only are our local restaurants pulling it off splendidly in spite of all the changing circumstances and regulations, they're thriving. It's important to support our restaurant industry, now more than ever. And thanks to Columbia Hospitality, it's going to be easier than ever for the next month.

Allow us to introduce you to The Puffy Jacket Pop-Up.

The Puffy Jacket Pop-Up Series, which kicked off on February 19, is a dining pop-up series featuring a collection of Columbia Hospitality Restaurants.

The event is meant to celebrate the Pacific Northwest in all its late winter glory, with cozy cocktails, rustic food made with local ingredients, and beautiful settings.

All of the restaurant spaces will be outdoors or tented, so you really want to bring your puffy coats along.

They will be as heated as possible, however, so it should be a cozy experience.

Hearth, which is located in Kirkland's Heathman Hotel, is a participant in the pop-up.

They'll be serving things like seafood, appetizers, and warm cocktails.

Copperleaf Restaurant (at Cedarbrook Lodge in SeaTac) already has one of Washington's most coveted outdoor dining areas.

They'll be serving delicious comfort food like mac & cheese and chili, along with a fantastic whiskey tasting flight for those who imbibe.

If you'll be on the San Juan Islands next month, head to Friday Harbor House for the Puffy Jacket Pop-Up.

They have an outstanding four course menu for $59 -- and the views can't be beat.

Packers Kitchen + Bar at Semiahmoo Resort, which is located in Blaine, is also getting in on the fun...

... and Leavenworth's J Hills Fresh Grill is serving a five course menu that includes everything from crab cakes to house made apple strudel.

Our Bavarian village is always a blast to visit.

The Puffy Jacket Pop-Up is a great way to get out and safely support our local eateries while enjoying a beautiful evening.

When was the last time you had a real date night?

The Puffy Jacket Pop-Up will be here until March 27th. To see the full lineup of restaurants and their special menus, check out the Columbia Hospitality website.
