And you never know where you’ll find them – The Pearl Cafe, for example, is located in the small town of Chehalis in Lewis County. This tiny restaurant is fairly new, but it’s already made a lasting impression on many hungry Washingtonians.
Seating at the cafe is limited, but always worth the wait.
They also use local ingredients whenever possible. This strawberry shortcake is made from Boisfort Valley Farm organic strawberries, homemade shortcake and organic whipped cream.

And like everything else on the menu, they're irresistible.
They are closed Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, so plan accordingly.
