Richard Roadenizer and his wife, Lucia, have been operating the restaurant for 42 years.
Richard is a retired Army Airborne/Air Force veteran, and that -- plus the diner's close proximity to Boeing -- is why the diner has an aviation theme.
Look around and you'll see artifacts from several wars as well as interesting donated items.
When you visit, spend plenty of time looking around. Many of the model planes and helicopters were built by Richard himself.
You'll see why this place is known as the Museum of Bite.
