For some pretty incredible views of Vermont’s capital area, climb the fairytale tower in Hubbard Park. The stone observation tower appears on the highest point of the park like something ripped out of the pages of a classic children’s fantasy. It’s quite magical in appearance and taking the stairs to the top gives way to end views that will take your breath away.

Hubbard Park is a 194-acre park located in Montpelier, north of the Vermont State House. The stone observation tower stands 54 feet tall and was built between 1915-1930.
