This new chef-owned restaurant opened its doors on Elm Street in Montpelier in 2018 and serves delicious and affordable Middle Eastern fare with ingredients sourced from local farmers in the region. Dishes include flavorful cauliflower tahini, delicious organic hummus, and crunchy falafels. They are open for lunch and dinner Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
