This 260-square-foot tiny home in Draper is pretty fancy for its size. It has a cozy seating area, full kitchen, loft bedroom (plus a futon on the main level, so it sleeps up to four guests), and indoor plumbing with a tub/shower, sink, and toilet. Enjoy Netflix and WiFi while you're here, too.
