Smith and Edwards is a massive store in Ogden offering a wide range of unique and random items, making it an adventure for shoppers.

If you've ever driven north of Ogden along I-15, you've certainly seen Smith and Edwards. It's an absolutely huge store with an even bigger yard around it, and it's an adventure waiting for you to explore.

Smith and Edwards is located at 3936 N. Highway 126, Ogden.

This store is immense - 171,000 square feet.

Make sure to wear comfortable shoes for this adventure.

The aisles stretch forever. Also - see those bins on tables that extend down the middle of the aisle? They're filled with weird, random, amazing things. You'll spend hours looking at the offerings here.

The camping section has everything you need...and some stuff you didn't realize you needed until you saw it here!

You'll find all kinds of military gear here - from camo to canteens.

Smith and Edwards even makes use of its ceiling space, hanging stuff from the rafters.

All kinds of stuff...some of it is unidentifiable to me. Can any of my readers identify this stuff?

There's all the saddles and tack you could ever want here.

This store has plenty of toys for big kids...

Maybe you can convince your spouse that you need a new shotgun while you're there.

...and little kids.

The annual toy sale is legendary.

Don't take your shopping too seriously, though...

There's plenty of fun to be had here! The store is always hosting contests, games and vendors to give demonstrations.

Some days, you'll even find live entertainment here.

In fact, you never know what you'll find here...

They have some really cool stuff in the yard, too.

Like these wooden ammo boxes...

Smith and Edwards is a family-owned business that got its start in 1947 when Bert Smith and Lawrence Edwards started selling military surplus out of Bert's backyard. Take a look at this video posted on YouTube by Smith and Edwards - it gives you a tour of the store.
