Spring City is a small town located in central Utah near Ephraim. It is a historic town and was founded by pioneers of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1852. Today, it is known as one of the best-preserved examples of a pioneer village. However, this small historic town is so much more than historic buildings. It is also home to Das Cafe, a small-town restaurant that serves some of the best German food in Utah.
Das Café is open Tuesday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Visit the Das Café Facebook page to learn more about this small town restaurant in Utah.
