For Fresh Seafood Flown In Daily, Visit Market Street Grill In Utah

As a land-locked state far from the ocean, you might think it would be impossible to find fresh seafood here in the Beehive State. Nothing could be further from the truth! Market Street Grill has been a Utah icon for nearly 40 years, and it flies in seafood fresh every day.

Welcome to Market Street Grill! This Utah restaurant has three locations: downtown Salt Lake City, South Jordan, and Cottonwood (shown here).

The original downtown location opened in 1980, and has been flying in fresh seafood daily ever since. If you're looking for fresh seafood in Utah, it doesn't get any better than this.

Fresh oysters are one of Market Street's specialities. Get them at the oyster bar, or have them brought to your table as an appetizer.

Choose from three different kinds of oysters: Blue Point, Kusshi, and Kumamoto.

The clam chowder here is legendary, and is made from a special recipe created by owner Tom Guinney, who passed away in September, 2019.

This clam chowder is unlike any you've tried. It has a creamy consistency that's not too thick, and it's full of fresh ingredients.

It goes without saying that the fresh fish is absolutely delicious.

Whether you choose fresh Atlantic salmon, Hawaiian ahi tuna, Alaska halibut, or Utah rainbow trout, the fin fish served here is perfectly prepared and served grilled, blackened, or broiled.

The shellfish is as fresh as the fin fish, and you can order it several different ways. Enjoy shrimp, lobster, and crab...

...and get it served alongside a juicy USDA Choice steak.

Dessert at Market Street Grill is a must! The crème brûlée is the house specialty, but you'll also find other decadent treats on the dessert menu.

Enjoy breakfast at the downtown location, or stop by any of the three restaurants for Sunday brunch.

You'll find an array of egg Benedicts, omelettes, and seafood Louie.

Hours at each location vary; check Market Street Grill's website before visiting.

Check out Market Street Grill's full menus, and see details about all three locations on the restaurant's website. You'll also want to follow Market Street Grill's Facebook page to see what's new there right now.
