Capitol Reef National Park may be the most underrated national park in Utah. This park has so many incredible things to do and see, including my personal favorite — the Fruita orchards. It is also home to stunning landscapes, including one that is rugged, remote, and looks like it was ripped straight from a painting — Cathedral Valley.
