This Utah Autumn Adventure Is Oodles Of Fun
Looking for a scary good time this fall that’s appropriate for the whole family? Utah’s favorite summer attraction opens its doors during October for a fun autumn adventure.
During these uncertain times, please keep safety in mind and consider adding destinations to your bucket list to visit at a later date.
Every year, Utah's amusement park dresses up for Halloween and re-opens its doors to the public for a month of Frightmares.
Lagoon pulls out all the stops for its six-week-long Frightmares event. The entire park is transformed into a Halloween wonderland.
Start your visit when the doors open at 5 p.m. on weekdays and 11 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays and you'll enjoy a few hours of daylight when the youngest members of the family can enjoy the spooks without getting too spooked.
The littlest ghouls and goblins will love Scary & Crow's Straw Maze - a fun maze inhabited by friendly creatures.
Pioneer Village transforms into a Scare Zone for Halloween fun. Keep an eye out for creatures skulking about...
...and check out the ones who are already long buried.
As darkness descend on Lagoon, all the scary creatures come out to say hello. Visit ten different haunted venues for various levels of terror, from the toddler-friendly Treat Street to the spine-chilling Malevolent Mansion, there's something here for everyone.
As you walk through different parts of the park, you'll encounter Halloween spirits. Some are friendly...others, not so much.
You won't want to miss the Seance - a Halloween-themed show full of frights. Several showtimes are offered each night.
Of course, all your favorite rides are available during Frightmares. You can even get a Time Warp Fast Pass to skip the line.
Frightmares runs through Tuesday, October 30th. It's only open on select days;
