This casual-dining restaurant serves seafood boil made to order. Choose your seafood, your flavor, and your heat.

First choose your seafood. Choices include crawfish, shrimp, snow crab, Dungeness crab, clams, or mussels. Then choose your flavor: Cajun, garlic butter, lemon pepper, or crazy mix. Then, tell 'em how hot you like it: mild, medium, hot, or crazy hot.

As you make your way to the dining room, you'll notice that the tables are all covered with sheets of plastic. You're about to find out why!

You'll also quickly figure out why there's an entire roll of paper towels on your table.

Once they've boiled up your meal and sealed it in a bag to keep all that flavor in, they'll bring it to your table in a bucket.
