Here in Utah, you’ll find many restaurants that serve tasty steaks, and some that even cook them with unusual methods. There’s nothing like the flavor you get from a wood-fired grill, though. Take a look at this restaurant in Utah that’s been serving excellent steaks since 1989.
Bandits Grill and Bar is nestled near the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon, and it's been grilling some of the best steaks in the state since 1989.
The baby back ribs are rotisserie smoked over the wood fire, then finished on the grill. The result is tender, smoky bbq to die for. Sunday is All-You-Can-Eat-BBQ, so if you love ribs, you might want to visit then.
The Unbeatable Sandwich is another specialty here. Choose from tri-tip steak, chicken, or pulled pork. It's served with caramelized onions and charred peppers on thick slabs of garlic bread.
With nearly a dozen local craft beers on tap and even more domestic and imported beers available in bottles, you're certain to find a favorite to help you wash down that fantastic meal.
Lots of restaurants serve tasty desserts, but the dessert menu at Bandit's will make you swoon. The Brownie S'more consists of a homemade chocolate brownie with toasted marshmallows on top, drizzled with chocolate. It's super rich, so you might want to share.
Bandits is open seven days a week, for lunch, dinner, or bar snacks. Monday through Friday the restaurant opens its doors at 11 a.m.; on Saturday and Sunday you can enjoy brunch starting at 9:30 a.m.
Kids are welcome at Bandits Grill and Bar, and Monday, they eat free! Enjoy a free kids meal with every adult meal purchased.
