5. Otter Creek Brewery, Middlebury
Otter Creek has been hitting, hopping and dosing brews with creativity since acid-washed jeans were hip. Check out how it's made and be sure to sample the varieties.

The Quechee Gorge, sometimes called Vermont's Little Grand Canyon this is an easy stop to check out from the road, or you can even take a hike to the bottom and look up!

Tour the state capital and then go out for lunch. But not at McDonald's - Vermont is the only state that doesn't have a McDonalds in their State Capital. And we like it that way!
13. Hubbard Park, Montpelier
Just behind the State House is a lovely park with many hiking trails. The must-see here is the tower which has unbelievable views of Vermont. Don't believe me? Check it out yourself!
