The Small-Town Restaurant That Is Worth A Visit From Anywhere In Texas

With a population of roughly 25,000, Big Spring, Texas is on the larger end of what most people consider to be a "small town," but nonetheless, it still has that unmistakable small-town feel. The crown jewel of Big Spring is Hotel Settles, a historic, 15-story hotel dating to the 1930s. People travel from all over Texas not only to stay in the hotel but also to dine at The Settles Grill, which is located inside on the ground floor.
