Stay Cool This Summer At This Poolside, Rooftop Restaurant In Downtown Nashville

Nashville has all kinds of hidden gems hiding around every corner, but one of the more obvious ones is the rooftop lounge at the Westin Hotel on 8th Avenue. The soaring building is hard to miss, especially when you can see the infinity pool that seems to hang off the top of the hotel. But not many Nashvillians know that there's a great rooftop bar and restaurant right by the side of the pool, and it's one that you'll surely want to add to your bucket list soon.

Downtown Nashville has plenty of cool spots if you know where to look, and as is the case with L27, sometimes you need to look up to find them.

L27 is everything you could want and more for the warm weather months. It's a full-service restaurant and bar, and they even have a pool!

The bar serves upscale cocktails that are known to pack a delicious punch. We recommend the Desert Spring, a tequila drink with agave liqueur, cucumber, and prickly pear cactus.

Of course, the food is amazing too. From lobster rolls to bruschetta to poke bowls, there's something for you no matter what mood you're in.

The lounge offers an incredible view of the downtown Nashville skyline from the top of the Westin Hotel. These folks here were smart and found a great spot from which to watch the 4th of July fireworks.

While the pool is only available to hotel guests, all are welcome to lounge in the seating around the pool. But the pool is an infinity pool off of the 27th floor, so you might want to consider booking a night just to enjoy it.
