2. Catch a Nashville Sounds game.

The new stadium is neat, and there are cheap seats if you're looking to lay out on the grass for a bit.

3. Take in a free show at Live on the Green.

Fabulous artists make their way to Nashville every year to enjoy Live on the Green - you're sure to fall in love, too.

4. Take a canoe down the Harpeth.

Just watch out for the snakes!

5. Try out paddle boarding.

It's an exciting new opportunity in Nashville, and it's extremely fun!

6. Play in the fountains at Bicentennial Park

There are 31 fountains, representing the 31 main rivers in the state of Tennessee.

7. Ditch the movie theater for a movie at Centennial Park.

Check out the calendar for dates, but this is definitely one exciting outing that's perfect for a picnic.

8. Or take in a show at Shakespeare in the Park.

This annual show is fun for the old and young alike, especially great if you're a secret thespian. For summer 2016, you can enjoy, "Macbeth" and "The Comedy of Errors."

9. Try out the Full Moon Hike at Percy Warner.

This is one neat Nashville experience. if you show up at 730 for the 4.25 mile hike, then you're sure to enjoy a heavenly bit of fun in the woods.
