The Tiny Town In Rhode Island With The Most Scrumdiddilyumptious Restaurants

Rhode Island is the tiniest state, and it has plenty of tiny towns. But just because you are living or staying in a seriously small town doesn't mean you'll be stuck eating fast food. There are great restaurants all over the Ocean State, but there's one teensy town that stands out for its especially good dining options.

Bordered by Massachusetts and the Sakonnet River, Little Compton is a picturesque town of around 3,500 people. It's a lovely and historical place, and it has plenty of great dining establishments to choose from.

If you want a cozy local favorite with great food and a warm ambiance, Crowther's is the place to be.

They have some great deals on seafood, and it's also a great spot to relax over a few drinks.

If you're looking for something more upscale, you'll love The Taproom at Stone House, a seasonal restaurant located at a beautiful resort.

You'll definitely want to mark your calendar for when their next season starts - the food is just as amazing as the setting.

If you're looking for the classic Rhode Island dining experience, head to the Commons Lunch, which despite its name serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It closes early Monday through Wednesday so check hours before going.

It's the perfect place to indulge in chowder and clam cakes, and at good prices too.

If you haven't found what you're looking for, there are several other options in town, from pizza to a gourmet lunch at Sakonnet Vineyard.
