10. Nehalem

With a population of only 267, Nehalem is a beautiful seaside town located in Tillamook County. This lovely, colorful town is home to unique attractions and is bursting at the seams with charm.

Located in Wasco County, the remote town of Shaniko is known as one of Oregon's most incredible ghost towns. However, this amazingly preserved town is actually still home to a small population of roughly 37 residents.
