The steam-powered Sumpter Valley Railroad will take you and your family on a trip back in time through an enchanting winter wonderland.

The annual Christmas train rides are scheduled for December 8 and 9. You can board from either McEwan or Sumpter station.

While you're waiting to board the train, you can visit with Santa and enjoy free hot cocoa, coffee or tea.

All aboard! Prepare to be swept away on a magical journey once the conductor calls you onto the train.

Inside, you'll find the beautifully restored train cars decked out in their Christmas best.

Enjoy beautiful scenery and stunning views of the Elkhorn mountains as you journey to the North Pole.

If you travel aboard the Evening Lights train, you'll be able to watch the traditional Sumpter tree lighting and Christmas parade. This train leaves McEwan station on December 8 at 3:45 p.m.
