Enjoy a magical winter sleigh ride at Rockin' Horse Stables in Kennebunkport, Maine.

If you're in Maine during the winter, there aren't many things better than waking up to a fresh layer of snow. It makes everything feel quiet and peaceful. Snow also means the ability to take part in all the winter sports we crave - from skiing to snowshoeing to sledding. But snow during this particular time of year carries an even more magical feel. And, the best way to soak it in is with a fun, special sleigh ride in Kennebunkport.

At the first sign of snow, you'll want to head to Rockin' Horse Stables for one of their special winter sleigh rides.

Each ride glides through the land of Kennebunkport to show visitors just how magical this season in Maine can be.

Each sleigh is authentically built and pulled by the farm's draft horses.

The rides, which are each about 30 minutes, also provide time to get to know the horses.

There are multiple sleigh sizes which means you can come for a variety of occasions.

The smallest sleigh fits 2 adults, making it a great option for special moments. The medium sleigh has room for 8 adults and the large sleighs can each accommodate 18 adults.

Rockin' Horse Stables is located at 245 Arundel Rd. in Kennebunkport, Maine. Sleigh rides must be reserved and you can do so by calling them on 207-967-4288 or visiting them in person.
