Grandpa’s Southern Bar-B-Q, Idaho Falls

This award-winning restaurant in Rigby is definitely one stop on our road trip you won’t want to skip.
5. Blister’s BBQ, Rexburg
You may be surprised to learn that some of the best barbecue in Idaho is hiding inside a gas station in Rexburg. Here, you will find all types of mouthwatering entrees that range from tri-tip and brisket to sandwiches like a delicious Turkey Bacon Club. All of the meat is prepared using special sauces and rubs, and each bite is packed with flavor.
6. Big Hole BBQ, Victor
Big Hole BBQ in Victor is definitely one barbecue restaurant that you will not want to miss. All of the food is slow-smoked and made from scratch, and the menu is quite extensive and ranges from chicken and ribs to burgers.
