1. Hike to Maryland or Pennsylvania at White Clay Creek

2. Climb an Observation Tower at Cape Henlopen State Park
One of the coolest things you can do in Delaware is climb a World War II observation tower at Cape Henlopen State Park and look out over the Delaware Bay.

3. Tour Dogfish Head Brewery in Milton

4. Stuff your face with Dolles Salt Water Taffy

5. Kayak through Trap Pond

The Cape May-Lewes Ferry is a must-see for anyone in Delaware. Take it from Lewes and explore the New Jersey town on the other side of the Delaware Bay.

The Civil War Fort Delaware prison is one of the most important historic sites in the First State, and they put on an amazing tour.Take the ferry from Delaware City to Pea Patch Island to get there.
12. See a NASCAR race at Dover Motor Speedway

13. Celebrate Return Day in Georgetown
After any major election, head down to Georgetown on the Thursday immediately following Election Day to celebrate the ceremonial burying of a hatchet and a big parade downtown. The celebration dates back to 1791 when voters gathered in the county seat to learn election results.
14. Party in Dewey Beach
Dewey Beach is the Delaware beach with the best parties, so skip the family fun at Rehoboth and Bethany for once and relive your younger days.
15. Celebrate some occasion at Sambo's
