15 Ways To Have The Most Southern California Day Ever

When you think about spending the ideal day in Southern California, what's the first thing that comes to mind? For me, it's hanging out at the beach with my toes in the sand. Hiking up a tall mountain. Eating fish tacos. Taking a walk along one of the beautiful piers. Bike rides in Coronado. Camping at Joshua Tree. Those are just a few of the things that make me happy to be in Southern California, but the list goes on and on. Whether you're a local or just here for a visit, here are a few more adventures to add to that list that will make your day perfectly SoCal in every way.

1. Start your day with a beautiful sunrise like this stunner over downtown San Diego.

2. Spend an afternoon at Balboa Island...
