Road trips and daily commutes throughout the last frontier are never ordinary. You're bound to see a boatload of wildlife and likely some pretty wacky homemade sights along the way. As they say up here, "the odds are good, but the goods are odd." That saying rings all too true when you see some of the bizarre things that people drive around with throughout the 49th state. But you know what - we love it. The weirder, the better. Because the only thing worse than being a bit peculiar is being boring (which never seems to happen in Alaska - thank goodness).

1. Odd hauls.

Otherwise known as a successful hunting trip in the books, baby!

2. Tons of critters.

Moose, bear, caribou, bald eagles, wolves, lynx... the list goes on and on!
