That being said, I would certainly make an exception for Cathedral Caverns, a bucket-list-worthy Alabama destination. The otherworldly beauty is almost surreal, and since the space is so grand, you won't feel claustrophobic at all. Cathedral Caverns State Park is one of Alabama's most impressive wonders. It's tucked away in the northeast region of the state near the tiny town of Woodville.
