Everyone In Texas Must Visit This Epic Waterfall As Soon As Possible
When you think about breathtaking waterfalls, the first place that comes to mind probably isn’t Texas – I know it definitely wasn’t for me. You automatically create a mental picture of Niagara Falls or some mysterious destination deep within the Amazon rainforest. Because of the common misconception that our state is full of dust and tumbleweeds, what you’re about to see just might drop your jaw. Gorman Falls, located in Colorado Bend State Park in Bend, Texas, may quite possibly be the most beautiful waterfall I’ve ever seen, and not just in Texas – anywhere.
We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life. While we continue to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, please take proper precautions or add them to your bucket list to see at a later date. If you know of a local business that could use some extra support during these times, please nominate them here: onlyinyourstate.com/nominate
Have you ever visited Colorado Bend State Park and gotten the privilege of witnessing this beauty firsthand? Are there any other waterfalls in Texas that give even Niagara Falls a run for its money? Let us know in the comments!
