Balmorhea State Park In Texas Is Spring-Fed Fun For The Whole Family
Everything is bigger in Texas – including the places where we make a splash in the summertime. Balmorhea State Park is home to one of the world’s largest spring-fed swimming pools, and it’s the perfect spot to cool off when temperatures start pushing triple digits.
We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life. While we continue to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, please take proper precautions or add them to your bucket list to see at a later date. If you know of a local business that could use some extra support during these times, please nominate them here: onlyinyourstate.com/nominate
Please note: at the time of publication, overnight lodging at Balmorhea State Park is currently unavailable due to ongoing renovations. Visit the park’s website or Facebook page to learn more.
