We did a list of the
poorest cities in Texas about a month ago, so we thought we would follow it up with the richest cities in Texas, based on average household income. The data comes from the U.S. Census Bureau’s 2008-2012 American Community Survey 5-Year Estimates.
10) West Lake Hills
A wealthy suburb of Austin located on the edge of the Hill Country near the Colorado River, West Lake Hills comes in at #10 with an average household income of $191,587.
