This easy stroll is just over half a mile long, yet still manages to cross not one, but two stunning bridges: a historic train bridge and a fairytale wooden footbridge.
Perfect for beginners, the trail is mostly flat from start to finish. It also offers ample shade thanks to the densely wooded landscape, so you won't get overheated even in the dog days of summer.
Peace and quiet are in no short supply here. The trail is not heavily trafficked, so - save for a few kayakers enjoying a leisurely paddle on the beautiful Colorado River - it's quite possible that you won't encounter a single soul.
