Pick Your Own Strawberries And Meander Through A Sunflower Trail At Froberg’s Farm In Texas

Food just tastes better when it's homegrown, and that's exactly what you'll find at Froberg's Farm in Texas. This spring, you can pick your own strawberries and frolic through a sunflower field without a care in the world. We can't think of a better family adventure on a bright, sunny day!

January through late May is strawberry season, and they're ripe for the picking at Froberg's Farm!

You'll find the farm on West Highway 6 in Alvin.

These are some of the sweetest, most juicy strawberries in Texas, and you can pick your own for just $3 per pound (plus $1.50 for the bucket.)

You can reuse the bucket, so hold onto it and come back as many times as you'd like before the season is over.

Blackberries are next up, with a picking window that lasts from May until the end of July.

They'll be available from 8:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. daily, and Froberg's will announce when blackberries become available.

Froberg's also offers a bevy of homegrown vegetables all throughout the year.

Currently, green beans and English peas are available for picking.

You'll have a blast frolicking through the Sunflower Trail, with its bright and colorful springtime blooms.

The sunflowers can be picked, as well, so feel free to design your very own bouquet.

Special attractions like a playground, paintball gallery, and several family photo-ops are offered on certain weekends during strawberry season.
