The Breathtaking Overlook In Texas That Lets You See For Miles And Miles
Texas has plenty of scenic drives and overlooks, but Devil’s Backbone just might be the most underrated. It provides a stunning panoramic view of the Hill Country while being quiet enough to hear a pin drop. See for yourself:

You'll find the overlook on Farm Road 32 near Canyon Lake. It's part of Devil's Backbone, a 51-mile loop that takes about an hour and a half to drive in its entirety.
A picnic table provides the perfect opportunity for a romantic afternoon lunch with your better half. It overlooks the rolling hills and sweeping valleys of the 400-mile long Balcones Fault, making it an idea scene for a photoshoot or family picture.
Classic cars and motorcycles are a common sighing at Devil's Backbone. Maybe it's because there's a tavern down the road, or perhaps the drivers are just searching for the best angle to photograph their baby - but whatever the reason, you'll meet some interesting folks up here.
You can practically hear a pin drop at the overlook. Nothing quite compares to the stillness of being on a country road in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by stunning natural beauty.
